The Ministry of Craft 35 is a creative hotspot in the historical village of Conisbrough, near Doncaster in South Yorkshire. Our gift shop boasts an eclectic mix of handmade arts and crafts by local people. It is a regular meeting place for you to come and have a drink, browse the beautiful and individual crafts and to try your hand at something new and most importantly, creative.

Drop in craft sessions happen regularly with a calendar of workshops, taster sessions, and group meetings constantly developing and often local artist and crafters can be found working in the creative space. It’s a place to learn new skills, meet new people and is a space in which the diversities of our community and indeed society need not divide but join.

The Ministry of Craft 35 is a community centered project which is driven by the creative minds of those involved. Staff are voluntary and many of the exhibiting crafters volunteer their time and skills in one way or another.
